Lorenzo has a varied background across telco, public sector and banking, with the last 10 years spent working in the technology space across ANZ. He contributed to setting up customer success functions in both start-ups and large corporations during times of rapid transformation, with a relentless drive for delivering exceptional customer experience while empowering each team member to be the best they can be.
Currently, Lorenzo is at Dynatrace, where he manages a team of customer success managers across the ASEAN region, with a focus on large enterprise and strategic accounts.
His unique perspective is informed by an extensive understanding of CS practices, strategy frameworks and innovative ways to engage customers on their digital transformation journey to unlock greater value.
